About Jill Johnson

Jill partner has over 30 years of experience selling residential and commercial real estate, 18 of which in Halton Hills. She is a major asset to our team with experience in all types of markets.. hot markets with multiple offers, soft markets with very high interest rates (can you believe 20%?) where the only way to sell a house was with "creative financing", and also in more balanced buyer/seller markets. Jill has worked with first-time buyers, power-of-sales, estate (recreational, farms, vacant land), in-town property and condominiums.

Since 2009, Julie has been blessed to excel in her career in real estate. Helping people through the process of buying/selling their largest investment is a passion for Julie, and fulfills her love of teaching, and nurturing relationships.

Julie grew up in Etobicoke and currently resides in South Mississauga with her three children and two dogs, Harvey & Ollie. Her experience in real estate has taken her all over the Greater Toronto Area, and her desire to assure that her clients find the perfect home in the perfect location has resulted in her extensive knowledge and experience in numerous cities within an hour and a half of Mississauga.

About Will French

Will brings over 20 years of sales and management experience to the Jeffery Group team. Previous to becoming a real estate sales professional, Will worked as a financial advisor, and later transitioned into the role of automotive finance manager where he worked his way up to become district general manager. Will takes great pride in his client relationships and creates an experience that is focused on achieving client goals through strategic planning, tactful negotiations, and leveraging his professional network. When asked, Will had this to say about what it's like to work with him: "I genuinely enjoy helping people grow and achieve personal success. I am direct in nature, and always put my clients and their goals at the forefront. At the end of the day, we are a team with the same objective in mind-- maximizing value and making sure everyone feels heard, valued, and supported. Veronica has a passion for moving! Having moved six times over ten years herself, she has an in depth understanding of what buyers and sellers go through. Her experiences also give her great familiarity with many cities and towns throughout the Greater Toronto Area and beyond. In her previous careers, Veronica worked in education and health care. Ensuring her clients have the information necessary to make informed decisions is of utmost importance to her. Yes, buying and selling a home can be stressful. Fortunately, Veronica has a lot of experience helping families navigate through stressful situations and will guide you every step of the way! She is an adventurer at heart. When not working in real estate, you can find Veronica exploring the outdoors or on the water with her husband and two boys.

As a life-long resident of Halton Hills, Ashley continues to work in the community she loves to call home. With 10+ years in Real Estate administration, Ashley’s attention to detail and care in transaction coordination and listing preparation makes the process effortless. Samantha Statham

MARKETING MANAGER

Samantha manages our entire marketing portfolio using her 10+ years of experience to build increasing awareness of the Jeffery Group brand. As our in-house creative digital guru, Samantha is skilled in communications through social media and content creation and is passionate about graphic design. She loves photography and is starting to master videography in the Real Estate field. This experience is only part of what makes Samantha a gift to the 'dream team' at Jeffery Group. She also has extensive event planning experience both in managing and executing community events. On the personal side, Samantha is dog-obsessed, always looking for the next new restaurant to try in town, loves to travel, and watch live music.

 

Cheryl Nelson

Cheryl has been involved in the world of interior design since 2007. She started her career working in visual merchandising and quickly realized her love for transforming spaces. With an eye for design, Cheryl decided to take the leap and turn her passion into a career by going back to school for a diploma in Interior Decorating & Home Staging. She has staged and decorated many homes with great results, and attributes her high level of success to collaborating with clients and incorporating their collective vision, keeping up with design trends, and staying consistent with product knowledge to create an efficient and effective outcome.
